FairPari Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the FairPari platform and all of its services. By using FairPari through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

FairPari operates under an international license with Bangladeshi players in mind. We comply with local laws and international gaming regulations. While these terms are provided in Bengali, the original English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

FairPari may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or posted on the platform.

2 Account Registration

To register with FairPari, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Details provided at sign-up — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must all be correct.

• Each individual may only register one account.
• A single device, email address, or mobile number may not be used to register multiple accounts.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact FairPari support immediately.
• Registering with fake or false information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

FairPari reserves the right to verify your information at any time. Members must provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, or account activity may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification

FairPari strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Providing your date of birth during registration is mandatory. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until age verification is completed.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access FairPari.

4 Deposits & Payments

FairPari accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and approved banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be refunded.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay, please contact support.
• FairPari does not charge any fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

FairPari reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions. Transactions suspected of involving money laundering or fraud may be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawal Policy

FairPari is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• If the bonus turnover requirement is not fulfilled, that portion cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

FairPari offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing members only.
• Each member may claim a bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirements have been met.
• If the turnover requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• FairPari reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

There are some general rules to follow when placing bets on FairPari. These rules apply to all types of Sports Betting and games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, FairPari reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets must be confirmed before a match begins; for live betting, the designated time limits must be observed.
• In the event of any disputed outcome, FairPari's decision is final.
• Accounts found to be involved in match fixing or using insider information for betting will be permanently closed.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FairPari platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

1. Opening or operating more than one account.
2. Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
3. Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
4. Arbitrage betting or attempting to generate risk-free profit by combining bets across multiple platforms.
5. Automated betting using programs, bots, or scripts.
6. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
7. Collecting personal information of other members or engaging in harassment.
8. Attempting to launder money or conceal funds from illegal sources.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

FairPari may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass verification or submission of false information.
• At the member's own request.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

To close your account, please contact support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; bonus balances will be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming
